Are you mission driven, looking to work in a dynamic team environment, and influence the lives of Girl Scouts? If so, take the time to check out the largest Massachusetts girl-serving organization—Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts.
Working for Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts is about much more than a job. It’s about passion and commitment to help Girl Scouts grow into the best version of themselves. It’s about delivering exceptional leadership programs, working side-by-side with volunteers to bring the Girl Scout mission to life and forming lasting partnerships in the community.
Our staff is located in three offices throughout our service area. The council’s main office is located in Waltham, with offices located in Andover and Middleboro.
Go for it! Research shows that women and members of historically marginalized groups do not apply to jobs where they feel they don’t hit 100% of the requirements. If this is how you feel after reading through one of our job postings, we encourage you to apply anyway!

Commitment to Health and Safety: COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement
At Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, the physical and emotional safety of our Girl Scouts, our families, our volunteers, and our staff is our highest priority. We are taking a responsible approach to creating environments that allow us to embody the Girl Scout Promise and Law, require us to be considerate and caring, courageous, and strong, responsible for what we say and do, respectful of ourselves and others, respectful of authority and act as a sister to every Girl Scout. As part of GSEMA’s commitment to health and safety, all employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 per GSEMA’s COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. GSEMA will consider exemption requests from individuals with medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs that prevent them from getting the vaccine.
